Charlene champions a disciplined approach: AI solutions should align to business strategy, supported by accurate data, clear KPIs, and purposeful collaboration, not simply be built because they can be. Through initiatives such as AI hackathons, she helps teams move from experimentation to adoption while avoiding duplicated, low value resources that consume time and budget.
