Lauren Dempsey is a Revenue Enablement Leader passionate about developing high-performing sales organizations through education, coaching, and strategic enablement programs. She spent the first decade of her career in sales and customer experience before becoming the first Enablement Manager at ZoomInfo. As the company scaled from $150 million to $1.2 billion in annual revenue, she built and led an enablement team that grew from 1 to 25 professionals supporting a global go-to-market organization of 3,000 SDRs, AEs, AMs, and customer experience experts. Now at Engine, Lauren is leading the enablement function to support the company’s rapid growth. She believes enablement isn’t just about training sellers, it’s about investing in people at every level, including the enablement professionals who support them. An advocate for continuous learning, she’s dedicated to ensuring enablement remains a strategic driver of revenue. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler who has visited 30 countries and loves exploring new places with her family.
