Fireside chat: Shortening ramp time and boosting sales productivity on a lean budget
When new hires need to ramp faster but resources are tight, enablement teams have to get creative. In their session, Kris and Sean, will share how he built a repeatable onboarding program that cut ramp time and improved productivity without a large tech stack. Drawing on lessons from moving from top-performing seller to enablement leader, they'll explore practical ways to partner with sales leadership, earn credibility across the go-to-market team, and drive measurable results with limited budget. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas to accelerate onboarding, prove enablement’s impact, and build influence beyond the sales floor.
