The five deadly sins of partner enablement
Partner enablement often looks good on paper. Playbooks exist. Portals are live. Training gets delivered. And yet… partner performance stalls. In this session, we’ll break down the five most common (and costly) mistakes organisations make when trying to enable partners - the “deadly sins” that quietly undermine adoption, alignment, and revenue impact. You’ll explore why well-intentioned enablement efforts fail to translate into partner action, how internal assumptions about motivation, readiness, and scale can backfire, and where enablement teams unintentionally create friction instead of leverage.
